When placing an order with us, please provide as much information as possible to ensure that we can process your order quickly and efficiently. These may include our quote reference, your purchase order number, full contact details and product/part codes, descriptions and prices.

Deliveries
For urgent deliveries, please phone the office to ensure that your order is dealt with as a matter of priority. The following cut off times apply for urgent overnight deliveries:
Monday-Thursday Orders must arrive at the office before 14.00
Friday Orders must arrive at the office before 12.00
For all other deliveries you will be advised of an estimated despatch date upon receipt of your order.
Returns
All returns must be cleared with the sales office prior to the goods being returned to us. When contacting the office please have available our IWO number, your purchase order number, your full company details and full details of the reason for the return.
