SUPERNET NETWORK

System Overview

The SUPERNET Network is a Peer-To-Peer network that provides all the required networking facilites for the FIREQUEST and Firehunter control panels.

The SUPERNET Controller forms part of the SUPERNET Network. It interfaces FIREQUEST panels to one another, and with a range of multiplexers, and can also be used as a stand-alone Local Control and Display Unit.

Any combination of Fire Control Panels, SUPERNET Controllers and Multiplexers can be networked together to solve a diverse range of site-wide network applications. Click here to view a typical SUPERNET configuration.

The SUPERNET Netowork can also be used as a stand-alone Data Collection and Control System when the SUPERNET Controller is used together with the SUPERNET Multiplexer units. Two multipexers can also be connected directly together to provided a simple point to point data multiplxing solution. The Supernet Digital Personal Safety System also utilises this technology.

The network is supported by the SUPERNET Graphics System, which is a PC based software package for total site wide monitoring and control of fire systems and plant I/O.
